How do you make eyeshadow stick?

so... if you use powdery eyeshadow it blinks off in a while.


what is (cheap) that i can use to keep it on.


also what do you recomend most for eyeshadow/eyeliner brand???How do you make eyeshadow stick?
always dabbing a bit of water to your eyeshadow brush makes the trick it makes it stand out more and stay longer too.


*get a little cup (size of a shot glass) fill it with water, stick the eyeshadow brush in there, take it out, squeeze your fingers throuhgh the brush to take off the excess water, then your ready to use your eyeshadows! *

I use tinted moisturizer instead of makeup and after putting on my eyelids, notice my shadow stays better. I recommend using the Loreal quad shadows. They seem to stay longer than CoverGirl or other drug store buys. Also, seems to last longer.
PRIMER!!!!
I use the BEST eyeshadow primer on the market. Well, it is in my opinion. I use Eye Insurance by Too faced. This is available at Sephora. I sometimes wear very dark eye makeup and it stays on even through gym. With this, ANY eyeshadow brand works well. I reccommend NARS the most for ALL of their products! Hope I helped! :)
I wash, exfoliate and moisturize, than I apply my concealer to my eye lids, and under my eyes. its seems to help, and once you have applied your makeup remember not to touch your eyes. Also i take the eyeliner and shadow with me and from time to time if need i reapply, its fast and i look fresh all day or night..cause I am. Just think of it like lipstick!!
first put foundation on your face and primer on your eyelids itll help the powdery eye shadow stay..... there are a lot of well recognized makeup brands but if your on a budget (like i am) try e.l.f.(eyes.lips face.) they work really well and can find them at any department store for ......$1. plus tax of course.....have fun!!!
Look for a good base. If you aren't willing to spend too much money, use something like vaseline, or even concealer. Concealer works great!
get an eyeshadow primer. theres one at sephora. the full size one is a little pricey but i think they sell a smaller sample size near the counter. its by urban decay btw
use primer b4 anything. if u want 2 try a good quality 1 use eyeshadows from clinique, lancome, estee lauder, or MAC they have the most beautiful colors for eyeshadow and blush:) maybelline is surprisingly nice and revlon
