Why wont my UDPP (eyeshadow primer from urban decay) blend?

i was just doing my makeup, and i applied my eyeshadow primer (Urban Decay Primer Potion) and i tried to blend it (with my finger of course, i mean i tried to smear it evenly on my entire lid of course)

but its...stuck o.O

i put on my moisterizer and my powder on my face (everywhere on my face and barely on my eyes)

most of it is blended, but someof it wot blend! i tried watering it dow a little, but that didnt help at all. what do i do?

is my UDPP expired? i just bought this 2 weeks ago!

why wont it blend annd what can i do?

thanks in advance! Why wont my UDPP (eyeshadow primer from urban decay) blend?
That's just how the product is.

Because the main ingredient is talc, it dissolves and dries pretty easily.

Urban Decay Primer Potion is too dry, that's why I threw it out... It pretty much sucks.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance is much better, and more emollient..

But all products work different for everyone! Why wont my UDPP (eyeshadow primer from urban decay) blend?
You can get it at either Sephora or Ulta, those are the only places I can think of off the top of my head. If you felt like it was creamier and easier to apply when you first got it, it might be a bit dried out, but to help with that, try applying it with a patting motion instead of rubbing, that'll evenly distribute it so you can still work with it. Good luck!
-Try putting the primer on before the powder.

-It might be expired, try it on your hand before the next time you use it.

-You could try putting it on little by little. Put a little on, blend, and if you need to, put a little more.
I have the potion and i love it, that never happened to me. Maybe you didn't tighten the cap and it dried out or changed. i would get some more cause its so worth it.
