Mine gets creases...what can I use to blend eyeshadow better? In what other ways can you blend eyeshadow on your eyes?
Try applying an oil-free make-up base on your eyelids then dust with face powder before applying eyeshadow.
Try Revlon 12-Hour Eyeshadows, they're inexpensive and they work wonderfully! The eyeshadow lasts for 12 hours, looking freshly applied all day without creating any smudges or creases. In what other ways can you blend eyeshadow on your eyes?
Blot the oil on your lids with some loose powder first. Next you can apply a primer or try MAC Paints in bare canvas. Next apply the shadow but instead of brushing it on...pat it on using your eyeshadow brush...this sets the shadow and the color is truer. Hope this helps
You need to use a eyelid base, to create an even surface. use a contour brush to evenly apply the shadow to your crease.. dont use eyeshadows that are oil based try to use the mineral makeup eyeshadows they wont crease.. Jane iredale is really good
Use Urban Decay's Primer Potion. Its an eyeshadow primer that has a cult following because its so good. Its the only thing I use and it hold my eyeshadow in place all day and all night. Also, invest in some professional brushes. They really are the best for application and blending of eyeshadows. You may also be using poor quality products that are more prone to creasing. Try something from Sephora. All of their stuff is great. You can buy that eye primer there and some brushes.
Make sure you use a eyeshadow base and apply your eyeshadow in light coats with a soft blending brush....instead of applying it heavy all at one time.....
I think its probably the type of eyeshadow your using. Try save up and get a really high quality one. Also, it could be the way you prime your eyelids.
I'm not sure of exactly how but googling it is a good idea.
