Does anybody know how to blend eyeshadow like they do @ MAC?How to blend eyeshadow?
You need separate brushes and eyeshadows to blend. I have a set of professional brushes and mac eyeshadows. First I apply eye primer from Mac because it keeps the eyeshadow from wearing out and it also allows the blending to be easier. Then I apply a base color usually a light color, all over my eye to either above crease or brow bone, depends on which look I want to achieve. I'm not sure what type of blending but lets say you want to achieve a smoky look, I would put a darker eyeshadow below the crease with a separate more smaller brush so the color could be more define and remain at the area I want it to. Then with a clean brush I blend the eyeshadow in between where they separate. It takes a lot of practice don't over do the eye shadow. Another tip is that it will look nicer if you don't mix the brushes with light n dark eyeshadow or you can clean it before you use it.How to blend eyeshadow?

Use q tip
or great brush
Less is more
with an eyeshadow brush
Do NOT use a q-tip - those are used as erasers in makeup. You should use a good eyeshadow blending brush. Also, typically professionals use three colors - a highlighter, midtone, and accent. You can check out some tips at my website....Good luck :)

good blender brush, takes a lot of practice. and they use a large variety of colors. most of that stuff is airbrushed tho
practice!! even on a sheet of paper, draw an eyes and lightly learn how to blend colors together! (literally, its heavy and light varying with the other shade)
you have to have a special brush to perfect it like MAC. or just smudge it with your finger.
Here are some tips....
