I think it would make your eyes really sticky. Primer isn't sticky, it's more of a matte so your eyelids don't stick to your face when you open your eyes. Instead of using eyeshadow creamer, can i use lipgloss to make the shadow stick wit more depth?
I believe with makeup you can try anything. I do not see why it would not work, the only thing with lip gloss it is pretty sticky and may irrate your eyes a little bit and going to give you a more a wet shiny look. I suggest using a MAC paint and MAC also has and eye gloss if you want the eyeshadow to have that wet look. You can also use a concealor or foundation as a eye base.
Lip gloss wont do it lol EYE SHADOW primer is best
