I'm not what colors to wear and how to blend eyeshadow?

... all i know is to put one color on your lid, then the darkest color on your crease, and the lightest on the rest of your eye to your brow? I have blueeyes... any help? oh and how do you achieve the smokey effect?I'm not what colors to wear and how to blend eyeshadow?
umm lets see ur supposed to use shimmer on the bottom to do smokey its all about the brushes u usually use powder though wiff eyelinerI'm not what colors to wear and how to blend eyeshadow?
I have blue eyes, too! With light eyes, too much black will look too matte, so opt for a dark brown liner. Liquid liner can be very harsh, so I would use a pencil, and some dark brown eyeshadow.





To get that smoky effect, use one color of eyeshadow. Try a light, shimmery brown, just one or two shades lighter than your actual skin tone. Then, line the top lask line ONLY with the pencil. Next, take your dark brown eyeshadow, and using the tip of the brush, trace the line you drew with the pencil, one or two times. Then, coat your top lashes in black mascara. Take your dark brown eyeshadow, and from the halfway mark of your eye, trace along your lower lash line. Smudge out at the lower, outer corner of your eyes, and voila!
