Have you considered ditching the dramatic eye look for dramatic lips?
How about going au naturel on the eyes and working with a bolder lip colour?
Try this look (you may want to practise before the big day!):
You will need eyeshadows in a white/pearl, a natural shade, and a brown or taupe and a brown eyeliner (and a white kohl pencil if you can get hold of one).
first, apply a thin layer of base or foundation to your eyelids and letting it dry completely - this will help the eyeshadow stay on.
Apply the natural shadow over your whole eyelid. Use a cotton bud or thin brush to apply white eyeshadow into the inner corner of your eyes - this will make them appear more open. Apply the darker shadow (the brown/taupe) to the outer corner of your eyelids*. Apply brown liner very close to the lash line on both your upper and lower lashes. Apply white kohl to the inner rim of your eyes - this extends the appearance of your Iris, making your eyes appear larger.
the brown colour will make the blue in your eyes ';pop'; as blue and brown are opposite eachother on the colour wheel.
You may want to team this with a nice pink lipgloss/lipstickI have small eyes and i need a flashy/bold/formal eyeshadow look but its hard to do anything....?
Go for smokey eyes def!
Use a dark grey coloured shadow not black, and smudge it over your lids. Put a light colour along your brow bone to highlight it and a very dark grey/black kaol pencil line along your lashes. The trick is to blend well so that there are no harsh lines. Then add lots of mascara to make your eyes really stand out.
i have a way to do eyes that matches all colours I'll email u a pic tomorrow =)
ps you will need all the rainbow colours in eyeshadow
:P
