How can I make my NYX eyeshadow appear more bolder? *Best Answer will be chosen*?

I have recently bought an eyeshadow trio from NYX (Cherry, Cool Blue, and Hot Pink). I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there was a way for me to make them appear more vibrant. When I put them on they look a bit pale and dull, and I really hate that look.

All you have to do is apply the eyeshadows wet. You could use water, club soda, MAC Fix+, or MAC Mixing Medium. Just apply the liquid to the brush and then mix it in the eyeshadow. But be careful not to just the brush to wet or your eyeshadows will crust. But I suggest sticking to MAC eyeshadows because they are just better quality.





You could also try adding a colored base, like MAC Paint Pots, MAC Shadesticks, and Im pretty sure Lo'real or something has a base similar to MAC Shadesticks, I think they are called Crayon or something. But they are really good and wont break the bank. After that, you can apply your eyeshadow wet..you will get better color pay off.

All of these will add a little bit of life to your eyeshadows and make them last longer
Try putting a bit of water on the applicator before :). Not TOO much, it shouldn't be dripping ;P, just so it's slightly damp. Then use it like you would normally do :D


That's the cheap way, you could always try primers and stuff too, but try water first :P.
well i found that its better when you add a little water and mix it in. kind of like water colors. then ust get your eyeshadow brush or whatever and just paint it on your eye.
if you want something bolder try mac products .. Theyre great in high quality products..plus you get what you pay for.......
