I have a hard time blending my eyeshadows with UDPP as a base. The staying power of the eyeshadows is awesome and I am crease-less throughout the day, but I can't seem to blend my eyeshadows very well over it. Has this happened to anyone?Blending eyeshadow with Urban Decay Primer Potion?
its because its tackier (does not settle to a powdery finish) so it does not blend as easily. since i work as a makeup artist, ive definitely gone through my fair share of eye bases, some suggestion are mac paints/ paint pot, loreal hip paints %26amp; coastal scents eye proxy base (www.coastalscents.com), sally hansen natural beauty eye base (www.ulta.com).any silicone base product such as foundation or concealor or primer works the exact same as udpp, but when it comes to blending i prefer those four, my shadows blend beautifully!
are you sure that we are talking about the same paints? bc when you apply them(taking a tiny tiny amount to spread over the eye area with your finger/brush) them should settle in a powder finish. i have really oily lids %26amp; i just use paints, the one from loreal hip's line, i use the sheerest one, my shadow stays on for 12 hours thats the same with mac. i suggested eye proxy as well, i heard its better than udpp, but im unsure of the blending, the sally hansen one is really good as well.Blending eyeshadow with Urban Decay Primer Potion?
yeah it has. it kind of sucks, but i find using an eyeshadow brush to blend it a little tends to work.
