How do you blend two shades of eyeshadow? best answer 10 points?

I have no idea how to do this. i just asked this for three shadows, and i got amazing answers. if the same people answer as the 2, they will probably receive best answer twice. i need help ahh! thank you!How do you blend two shades of eyeshadow? best answer 10 points?
i do my eye makeup very differently than most, but its so much easier. I use my fingers, first put a light eyeshadow(prefereably a skin color eye shadow or whatever goes good with the darker eyeshadow you wanna use) all over ur eye, brow bone to lashes, then take a color that goes good with the light one and lightly put it all over half of ur eye lid, to the place alittle above where the crease is when your eye closes, to your lashes.How do you blend two shades of eyeshadow? best answer 10 points?
I most often start with the lighter shade all over my lid. Then I apply the darker shade at the out corners or v's of my lids and blend, blend away. Blending means you are smudging the line that contrasts the light from the dark and are simply giving your eyeshadow a ';gradient'; effect.
i usually put a light tone, like bone, ivory or white, all over my lid up to my brow bown. then take a mid tone shade and put it on the lid up into the crease then smudge with sponge and line with a brown gel liner. if you want to add a third, pick a third darker shade and put it in the crease.
I start with my darkest shade on the bottom part of my lid, then in the crease of my lid I use a lighter shade and fill it in almost up to my brow...sometimes I also take the lighter shade across the first shade on the bottom part of my lid. Hope this makes sense and helps! ;)
Apply your foundation, it helps your eye shadow to last longer.


Put the darker shade along the crease of the lid, the lighter color on the main part of the lid, use a blending brush to blend and soften the colors.
Take a makeup brush for the eyes and start with the first color you like then take the same brush and blend it into another color! good luck I hope I helped! =]
