I've seen girls who have on like 4 different shades of eyesshadown. I really like it but I dont have the slightest clue how to blend it. Also Ive seen it where they kinda have it under their eyes (like Alisha Keys did on The Tyra Banks Show). ANyone have any advice on how to blend eyes shadow?Blending eyeshadow?
well first pick the side of the eye you want to start on. also have all the colors ready. now if you want it bright and noticeable start with your lightest color first put a streak of that from the lash line to the crease of your eye. the thickness of the line depends on how many colors you want to use. lets say your using three colors . so the first color should be about as thick as your first finger. then when applying the next color make sure you overlap it a bit over the first color. if you overlap you dont have to blend if you do it right. then continue with the next color and do the same make sure though that you go in lightest to darkest or darkest to lightest or you will turn out looking freakish. if you want a little softer just dab or blend each color with your finger or a tissue before going on to the next one.
hope this helpsBlending eyeshadow?

She really describes in great detail with photos on how to blend shadows and what you will need.
put it all the color son the brush and to have rainbow dow one color in one area at a time and use black eyeliner.
Use water and a lot of eyeshadow to make it last much longer. Then apply it on your crease and keep adding more colors. Combine different colors to create a unique look. Blend upwards, so the colors don't seem too dramatic. Try to use colors that are monochromatic; which means the same color in different shades.

First, you place it where you want it and simply blend with your finger. Underneath, you apply with a makeup brush and use your finger! I'm watching America's next top model too! LOL. hope this helps and I'm glad we share this in common.
try putting on a base color over the whole eyelid first, then using a small brush put another color on the area closest to the eye and so on going up, for blending try using a q-tip blend just enough to take out the line. try experimenting this way first, if you feel you messed up just use another q-tip and wipe off and try again, also helps me to have pictures to look at while i do this. hope this helps you.
start with a light shade on top near eyebrows. then put a shade thats a lil bit darker. then put a very dark shade on the crease of your eye then put a bright color on your eye lids. then either put the very dark or bright color under neath with a damp brush. Or you can use a colored eyeliner for the bottom
