I know what you mean by the question, Eyeshaddow doesnt really seem to last but you can use all sorts of coloured eyeliners for this :3

Use concealer before you apply the eyeshadow. They also sell something called eye primer and that is especially for the eyeshadow to stay on longer. Hey, I found a really good website called www.glammedupgirl.com. You should check it out they don't sell makeup, but they have really cute clothes!
Apply your eyeshadow wet.

But most of the time, I tend to use a teeny bit of vaseline, though it can crease.
Foundation, foundation primer (Rimmell and Avon both have one), eye primer (I like Mary Kay and Loreal's). I like to use liquid eye shadow. Avon makes really good liquid eye shadow. Their eye shadow pencils stay on great as well.
I wet the applicator stick before I dip it in the shadow. Not only does it keep the eyeshadow on my eye better, it also keeps the shadow from ffalling into my alshes when i apply it Good luck!
Base your eyes with Vaseline, a very thin layer.Then put eyeshadow on then a very very very very thin dot of Vaseline on.Then you are good to go!

Foundation powder applied lightly. It works great for over the first base coat of lipstick, then apply the lipstick again.
you can use foundation on your eyelids before applying your eyeshadow.
Vaseline, thin layer of cream such as Nivea. The best base i have found is by MAC and it is designed for keeping on eyeshadow. Xx

well they sell eyeshadow primer at most beauty stores. but it can be kind of expensive. concealer works pretty well too. that's what i use. hope i helped :] 鈾?
