Can i use a concealer stick as my eyeshadow base?

Yes. I think the Primer Potion that everybody recommends is much to overpriced so I use my Covergirl liquid concealer as a base and my eyeshadow never comes off or creases. And I could imagine that using a stick would work but I would recommend you use a liquid for this job.
