I KNOW EVERYONE THINKS MAC, SMASHBOX, URBAN DECAY, NARS, and SEPHORA is the best....

I know you say not MAC, but I have to tell you, you do get alot of bang for your buck...the eyeshadows really do last a very long time! The best thing about MAC is that you can wear it all day and it doesn't come off!! So you can easily turn your day look into a night look without having to take your makeup off and start over again!! Really just give it a try!
i don't know what you mean by best bold and sexy eyeshadow brand. if by this you mean bold colors and a wide variety of colors, loreal has the hip collection which has bright colors that claim to stay on. never tried it, but theyre pretty cheap, so give them at try.
If you don't want MAC, which is what I have found to be one of the best, I'd say L'Oreal, Max Factor or Rimmel.
i was going to say mac. wat about bojours its a australian brand and they come out really shimmery and strong. reasonably priced and you can get them from priceline.
annabelle, loreal, are my 2 drug store choices for some shimmery or funky colors, also try ... nyx which is pretty cheap but is seasonal in canada
its called HIP an I think it is by Loreal.. they have some very bright bold colors an they are way cheaper than those other brands!!!
Mac.. but loreal hip is pretty good
