almay makes a line of eye pallets, one for brown, green, hazel, and blue. go to the store and pick up the one for blue eyes. it comes with three different colors and tells you how to put them each on your eyes. they also sell a certain color of eyeliner and mascara for each eye color. the package will say ';for blue eyes'; or something like that.
