M.A.C eyeshawdows are the best for me but if youre looking for a basic black eyeshadow that isnt as expensive, there are a couple brands that have vibrant, highly pigmented ';blacks'; such as:

Everyone suggest MAC, and I do too! (lol) MAC is ';what's up %26amp; is hot';, but there are other GREAT products. I love LoReal's HIP (High Intesity Pigments). Try some! You can get it anywhere ;)
hmm...most brands black isnt the best...thats why i use mac black black its pretty good alittle expensive tho...
Loreal.(soft effects)....matte....and the color is RAVEN.... the cost is around $5.00
If you have the right eye shape this look can be really good. Instead of using an eyeliner pencil, get an eye shadow and a thin or slanted eyeliner brush, this way u have much more control. You can get some really good stuff at sephora, which is at most big malls.


try Mac, Lorac, UrbanDecay, Makeup4Ever. Personally, I think mac works the best. It's a little pricey, but totally worth it. Another thing you may wan to get is eyeshadow primer. If you're wearing a lot of black it easily gets smudged.

-Pretty good qaulity i'd say, my sister has this and I use it sometimes. it comes with a brush too, and it's pretty cheap.
