Any color and brand of a cream eyeshadow would give that effect, it just won't stay on very long or it will find it's way into the crease of your eyes.


I have some very shimmery silver from the Mary-Kate and Ashley cosmetics line at Wal-Mart, it's a powder but when applied it reflects the light and gives the illusion it's wet and glossy.
